The evil voice is nearer to a person, an overlord in a small chamber. Choose this one for psychic, speaking-in-your-mind scenes. For exactly that, the second clip cuts the reverb to 12% so the voice loses its distance, and the third adds Whisper 35%, breath over the growl.
