Contempt, not volume

Speak quietly and evenly. The distortion snarls more the louder you get, so save loudness for one word per line.
Stress the last word of each sentence and drop your pitch on it.
Sustain vowels. The doubling is clearest on long sounds and vanishes on clipped ones.
Pick accusations and verdicts, said to one person. This voice judges; it doesn't joke.

Picking between the clips

With the chorus on, the main clip sounds like a pair of voices in unison and suits intros and monologues. The first variation switches the chorus off: one voice, colder and flatter, and the better choice in quick conversation because consonants stay sharp. The second raises the reverb to 4 seconds at 40%, as if he is speaking from outside the map. It needs slow lines with long gaps, and on Discord it needs noise suppression turned off or the tail is removed. In an edited video, that long-reverb take works as a single opening line before you cut to the main voice.
