Talk like an optimist who lives in a pineapple

  • Grin while you speak, wider than feels sensible. A stretched mouth flattens the vowels and adds a brightness no slider gives you.
  • Let sentences climb. Finish statements a note above where they began, as if every fact is good news.
  • The laugh is your job: a fast, stuttering giggle held on one high note. The effect lifts it but can't create the stutter.
  • Crack on the excited words on purpose. A smooth, steady delivery sounds far too calm for this character.

Talking, laughing, or less nose

The main clip at Pitch +7 is the talking voice: whole sentences stay clear and you can keep it going for a full segment. Pitch +9 is for the peaks, meaning the laugh, a shriek or a one-line reaction; across a long chat it turns shrill. The Midrange +3 dB clip keeps the height and takes most of the honk away, which helps when your own voice is already nasal or your headset mic is harsh. With a deep starting voice, try Pitch +9 and leave the midrange at +7 dB.
