Growl without hurting your throat
- Speak softly and low, and let the Whisper and Distortion sliders supply the rasp. Forcing a growl yourself doubles it and strains your voice.
- Get two or three fingers from the mic. The voice should seem to come from right behind someone.
- Use short statements and questions that sound like demands. Leave out small talk.
- Stress the consonants at the ends of words; whisper blurs those first.

Is this an official Batman voice?
No. It's a generic take on the character's low, growled half-whisper, made from pitch, whisper and distortion. It isn't taken from any film, series or game.
Can I talk as Batman on Discord?

Why is there a hiss on my voice?
Whisper turns part of your voice into breath noise. Lower the Whisper slider below 30%, or use the third clip, which has it off.
