If you came for one particular cartoon or game character, Facecam can't stand in for that: every voice here is an original character, by design. If what you want is funny, expressive voices for clips, memes, alerts and streams, the Character Voice Generator reads your text in original voices, with pitch and effects. It isn't free like 15.ai was: speech uses credits.

What happened to 15.ai

15.ai launched in 2020 as a free research project by a developer known as 15, and became popular for character voices in memes and fan videos. It went offline in September 2022 over legal questions around AI and copyright. A sequel, 15.dev, opened in May 2025 and was closed indefinitely on May 28, 2026.
