Why mismatched voices are funny
Most joke voices work by breaking the link between how big someone sounds and how high they speak. Here the Tone slider shrinks the speaker much more than the Pitch raises the note, and the wobble adds a nervous warble. The second clip flips it: Pitch -5 with Tone +4 gives a low note coming out of a tiny head, which is funnier still on serious lines.

Can I switch between funny voices quickly?
Yes. The Facecam popup has quick picks under Your voice, and the call keeps the same microphone, so a switch takes one click.
Does it work for prank calls?
It works in calls that run in Chrome, with friends who are in on the joke. It can't change your voice on a real phone call.
Why does the tool show the Cartoon preset?
The funny voice is built from it, with Pitch, Tone and a wobble changed. Reset brings back plain Cartoon.
