More about this voice

Small, not childish

Kid voices are higher because children are smaller and younger. An elf should sound small but not young, so the elf voice moves Tone as far as Pitch, which shrinks the body without making it a child, and the reverb gives it space and air instead of a bedroom.

Two more elves

Reverb off: the same voice, close and dry. Better in fast table talk or a busy Discord channel.
Pitch +2: a taller, older elf, still light in tone, closer to a fantasy narrator.

Roleplay tips

Speak a little faster and lighter than usual; the voice does the rest.
Keep one setting per character and save it in your notes, so the voice is the same every session.
For a shop elf or a holiday helper, add a cheerful lift at the end of lines.

Is this a Christmas elf voice?

It works for one. It's a general small, bright fantasy voice; for a jolly big character, the Santa voice is the other half of the act.

Can I use it in tabletop games on Discord?

Yes, on discord.com in Chrome with Facecam Virtual Mic as your input. Switch voices for each character in the Facecam popup.

Why does the tool show the Kid preset?

The elf is built from it, with Pitch and Tone raised to +5 and reverb added. Reset brings back the plain Kid preset.
