Where the cackle comes from
- Age: the Old Man preset's tremble and thin band.
- Nose: a 5 dB boost at 2.5 kHz, the pinched, nasal quality of a storybook witch.
- Grit: distortion at 0.2, mixed in at 30%, so laughs crackle.
- Place: a 1.4-second reverb, a stone room rather than a cave.
Kind witch, wicked witch
Turn distortion off and she becomes a kindly village witch: the soft clip above. Raise the reverb to three seconds and she's speaking from deep inside her lair. Your delivery does the rest: stretch vowels, drop to a hiss, and let the cackle rise at the end.

How is it different from the old lady voice?
Both come from the Old Man preset. The witch is higher, nasal and gritty with a room around it; the old lady is gentle and dry.
Can I use it for a Halloween stream?
Yes, through a streaming studio that runs in Chrome, such as StreamYard. OBS itself can't pick the Facecam mic.
Is it free?
