Acting the duck

Speak in short bursts. Three or four words, a breath, then the next burst; long sentences dissolve into flutter.
Hit the first word of each burst hard. Listeners catch that word and guess the rest from your tone.
The effect can't lose its temper for you. Build the rage yourself: start reasonable, speed up, and end in wordless spluttering.
Puff your cheeks and push the sound sideways. It adds a real squelch underneath the processed one.
