Change your grammar, because the sliders won't. Call yourself me, skip the small joining words and keep verbs simple.
Speak with a relaxed throat and let the Distortion slider supply the roughness. Forcing a real growl for an hour will hurt.
Get louder and faster whenever food comes up, then finish with noisy chewing right on the mic.
Keep a smile in it. The same settings said flatly sound like a threat.

A friendly monster among the scary ones

The site's Monster voice goes further down and adds more growl; it is built for roars and boss fights. The Demon voice adds a long dark reverb and sounds like it comes from somewhere else. This voice is shallower and has no room around it, so it stays close, warm and funny. Two clips adjust it. Distortion 0.2 has less gravel and suits long sentences, such as reading a recipe aloud. Pitch -7 is bigger and growlier for a one-line demand.

Can I do the Cookie Monster voice in a Teams meeting?

In Teams on the web, yes: open the meeting in Chrome and choose Facecam Virtual Mic as your microphone. The installed Teams app won't offer it. Check that your colleagues are up for it first.
