Sound like you're on air
- Work the mic at a few fingers' distance and speak across it, not into it. The bass boost gets something to chew on without popping.
- Smile through the links. Listeners hear it, and it is most of the daytime radio sound.
- Talk to one listener, not a crowd. Hosts keep it conversational, so drop the shouting.
- Land the last words of a link cleanly: the time, the station name, the next song. The compressor makes every um as loud as the words around it.

Free radio DJ voice changer FAQ
Why is there no reverb on the DJ voice?
Radio studios are deadened on purpose so the host sounds right beside the listener. Raise the Reverb slider a little if you'd prefer a live-venue feel.
Can I use it on my own stream or web radio show?
Yes, in a browser studio that runs in Chrome, such as Twitch, Kick or YouTube: set Facecam Virtual Mic as the microphone. Desktop broadcast software won't show it.
It makes my breathing loud. What can I do?
That's the compressor lifting quiet sounds. Turn your head aside for breaths, or sit slightly further from the mic.
Can I make station idents or podcast intros with it?
