Small, not sped up
Tone (+6) is set to two thirds of Pitch (+9). That makes the vowels sound like a small mouth rather than a fast tape. The preset also removes the deep chest sound of an adult voice.
It changes sound, not speech
An adult vocabulary in a baby's voice is the joke most people want. If you want it to sound like a real toddler, keep words short, repeat them, and leave gaps.
