The variations are a crowd of kids chanting it, a bored teen saying it flat, and a slowed, pitched-down version for dramatic reveals. All of them were made with AI from descriptions: no part of the song the phrase comes from and no real kid's voice.
The 67 soundboard puts all four next to a basketball swish, a buzzer beater and other brainrot pads.

Nothing fixed. It comes from the rapper Skrilla's 2024 song "Doot Doot (6 7)", spread through basketball videos and the "67 kid" clip in 2025, and is now said mostly because it annoys adults.
