The narrator voices built into short-video apps belong to those apps. Facecam doesn't copy them, and no voice here is named after or tuned to match one. What makes that style recognisable is mostly delivery: a bright voice, a slightly fast pace and a lifted pitch. Those you can set yourself.

Juniper (warm and friendly, american) and Marigold (lively and expressive, american) suit this style best, though any of the 14 voices works.
Speed it up a little
Set Speed to about 1.1× or 1.2×: lively, but every word still lands.
Lift the pitch slightly
Set Pitch to +1 or +2 for a brighter sound. Trying different values on the same line is free.
Write it like a caption
Short sentences, one idea each. Start with the hook, because that's what people hear before they scroll.
